The School Social Work Team in Höör Municipality comprises staff from the children and education sector and social services who work collaboratively to promote student school attendance and prevent absenteeism. The workplace is Höör Municipality's primary schools and adapted primary school. 1 position(s). DUTIES The School Social Work Team works operatively in the schools to increase school attendance. As a member of the School Social Work Team, your assignment includes supporting and guiding students and guardians in efforts to increase student school attendance. You act as an advisor in planning support measures and also provide individual counseling support to students with problematic school absenteeism. All work aims to increase school attendance. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social pedagogy, social work, or special education, or other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent for this position by the employer. You have knowledge of primary school and adapted primary school operations and their governing documents, as well as experience working with students with problematic school absenteeism and school attendance promotion initiatives. You have strong ability to document operational work and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. In your work, you are responsible, independent, and well-organized with the ability to take initiative and work in a multidisciplinary team. You enjoy working with complex issues, see opportunities, and are creative. You have the ability to act professionally and are comfortable conducting various types of guiding and motivating conversations with students and guardians. You find it easy to build relationships and are respectful in your interactions. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability for the position. You have a B driver's license. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration, start date: By agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
