In our school nurse team, we work closely together and also have well-functioning collaboration with principals and staff at our schools. Together in the school nurse team, we develop our role and our work methods. To thrive as a school nurse with us, we want you to be a good team player in the group, while also being able to independently plan and organize your work. You work primarily in a preventive and health-promoting manner through health conversations, targeted health check-ups, and vaccinations according to the National Board of Health and Welfare guidelines. You have an active role in the student health team and contribute with a medical perspective to help students reach their goals. In Burlöv municipality, we also work with GoFar, jointly organized physical activity on prescription. The school nurses meet regularly to learn from each other; it is a group with close collaboration and a good atmosphere. Everyone takes active responsibility together with the medical responsible school nurse (MLA) and the head of student health operations to develop work methods, processes, and procedures. The assignment involves documentation in the electronic student health record system Prorenata. The position is at Vårboskolan 7-9 in Arlöv and the Upper Secondary Unit in Åkarp. A small part of the assignment involves health visits with newly arrived students. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse with advanced education in children and youth, a district nurse, or have school nurse training. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position. Employment form: Permanent position.
