Expectations In your role, you will collaborate with school leadership and student support to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen the school's promotion and prevention work. You will provide support in creating inclusive learning environments with a focus on safety, accommodations, and understanding individual needs. Coach and guide staff and actively contribute to professional development within student support. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations with questions related to special education needs, map students' strengths and difficulties, and analyze factors affecting their learning and well-being. You will also follow up on and analyze previous assessments to ensure that interventions and accommodations are appropriate. Establish, implement, and follow up on risk analyses and action plans. Work in accordance with the Education Act, central and local guidelines, and current research and proven experience. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist and has experience working as a school psychologist, preferably in a resource school or adapted school, and has knowledge of neurodevelopmental difficulties, intellectual disabilities, and their impact on learning and development. You have previous experience conducting psychological assessments as well as follow-up and analysis of previous assessments. You have a holistic perspective on students' development, where context, relationships, and individual needs are central, and have good knowledge of low-intensity behavior management and accommodations for students with special needs. You are expected to have knowledge and experience with special education strategies and approaches to promote learning and participation. Experience working with the Prorenata record system or similar.
