Student Health Services' mission is to work with children's learning environment from a preventive and health-promoting perspective. The Student Health Unit is centrally organized with one shared manager for psychologists, student counselors, and school nurses. You work at schools in student health teams alongside the principal, special educator, student counselor, and school nurse. You represent the psychological profession in student health. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES The position focuses on preventive and health-promoting work. As a psychologist, you also contribute your knowledge about how schools can best support and meet students who need special support for their psychological, social, and emotional development. As a school psychologist, you will be part of a team of four licensed psychologists. You will be responsible for a number of schools within the municipality, where you participate regularly in the schools' student health teams. A major part of the work is collaboration with school staff, guardians, and students to support students toward educational goals. QUALIFICATIONS • You are a licensed psychologist • You have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • You have an interest in a student health perspective at the individual, group, and organizational levels • You have a class B driver's license and access to your own car, as travel is part of the position You have good organizational and planning skills. You are independent, flexible, and initiative-driven, and you enjoy working in teams and in close collaboration with school staff. You have a professional and empathetic approach in your role as a school psychologist. Personal suitability is given significant weight. Experience working as a school psychologist and experience working within public services are considered advantages. Employment type: Permanent position.
