We welcome your application! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to make a real difference in children's and young people's daily lives? As a school psychologist with us, you work closely with students, guardians, and school staff to create conditions for learning, development, and well-being. You become part of the student health services where the psychological perspective is central to the work of promoting good learning environments and early identification of support needs. We are looking for you who wants to contribute to developing student health work and strengthen schools' ability to meet all students' needs. In this role, you get the opportunity to work both consultatively and investigatively in close collaboration with other professionals. As a school psychologist, you primarily work with preventive and promotional student health work. The assignment includes, among other things: • Together with colleagues, drive and develop the psychological part of student health services • Actively contribute to preventive and promotional student health work at the schools • Offer consultation and guidance to school staff on psychological issues • Plan and conduct training and competence development initiatives for staff • Conduct psychological assessments • Serve as operational support in matters concerning students' development and learning • Collaborate with other actors such as social services, rehabilitation services, and child and adolescent psychiatry With us, you get to work in an operation where the student's development and health are at the center. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who has a genuine interest in children's and young people's development and who wants to work in a school environment where collaboration is central. You thrive in a consultative role and have the ability to create trusting relationships with both students, guardians, and staff. You are attentive, analytical, and have a professional approach in meeting different people and situations. You work in a structured and independent way while appreciating being part of an interdisciplinary team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and ability to cooperate. Requirements: • Licensed psychologist • Experience working in school operations, from preschool to upper secondary school • Experience in teamwork with different professional disciplines • Category B driver's license Merits: • Access to a car, as several of our units are located outside urban areas • Experience working in a multicultural school environment The position is a permanent employment.
