Salary Classification: Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on the salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended Salary tariff scale according to salary classes and salary grades for employees specified in § 5 subsection 4. Qualification requirements for the position of social pedagogue are set out in § 19 b of the Act on Pedagogical Workers No. 563/2024 Coll., as amended: A social pedagogue obtains professional qualification through: a) higher education obtained through study in an accredited study program in the field of pedagogical sciences focused on social pedagogy, b) higher education obtained through study in an accredited study program focused on social work and study for the preparation of social pedagogues, c) higher vocational education obtained through completion of an accredited educational program at a higher vocational school in a field of study focused on social pedagogy, d) higher vocational education obtained through completion of an accredited educational program at a higher vocational school in a field of study focused on social work and study for the preparation of social pedagogues, or e) study for the extension of professional qualification focused on the preparation of social pedagogues and higher education obtained through study in an accredited master's study program in the field of pedagogical sciences 1. focused on special pedagogy, 2. focused on preschool education pedagogy, 3. focused on the preparation of primary school teachers, general education subject teachers at secondary schools, or educators, 4. focused on special pedagogy and the preparation of primary school teachers or general education subject teachers at secondary schools, or 5. in the field of study of pedagogy Standard activities of a social pedagogue in school are set out in Annex No. 3 of Regulation No. 72/2002 Coll., as amended. Changing the employment relationship to a fixed-term contract is possible.
