JOB DUTIES We are seeking a results unit manager who wants to drive school development at Nyköping Gymnasium in the best possible way. Being a school leader is an exciting and challenging job. The most important thing is that you are passionate about our students and their education, development, and progression toward adulthood. The position involves working with your colleagues and management peers to ensure student goal achievement through creativity, good leadership, and creating a sense of security. As a results unit manager, you will be part of a management group with eight other school leaders and a controller, led by the school's principal. In your role as school leader, you are responsible for the working environment of your employees, business finances, recruitment, and most importantly: the students. As a manager, you will handle all relevant tasks within school leadership. You will drive pedagogical development and be responsible for monitoring school law compliance, quality follow-up, student health work, workplace environment work, and finances. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with post-secondary education in pedagogy. For us, it is essential that you place the student and student development at the center. You have documented experience in qualified leadership within the education sector or other relevant activities. We place great emphasis on strong, sustainable, and trust-based leadership. As a person, you are confident in your management role, are not afraid of decision-making, and have the ability to act with both clarity and consideration. You lead with clarity and structure, but also with presence, attentiveness, and the ability to create good relationships. You make people feel involved and together you work toward a high-quality operation. Personal suitability will be given particular weight. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and express yourself well in both speech and writing. It is desirable that you have started or completed the national principal training program.
