Jēkabpils Municipal Government (registration number 90000024205) announces a competition for the position of Director of Sala Secondary School (for a fixed term) Main duties of the position: 1. Plan, organize, and manage the Institution's operations and oversee work execution in accordance with the Institution's strategy, mission, and objectives in the interests of the municipality and society. Initiate the development and adoption of external and internal regulatory acts and other documents in the field of education. Ensure the continuity of the educational process and compliance with the requirements of the National Education Standard. Ensure quality implementation of educational programs. Organize the assessment of the quality of educational program content, process, and results. Prepare and submit the education institution's budget request and implement the institution's activities within the approved budget. Position requirements: Compliance with the requirements of Part 4 of Article 30 of the Education Law. Education complying with the requirements established in the Education Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues." At least three years of pedagogical work experience in the field of education or in education management. Knowledge of the state language at the highest level in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law and knowledge of one official European Union language to the extent necessary for professional activities. Confirmation that the restrictions established in the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law do not apply to working as a pedagogue. Confirmation of consent to personal data processing to the extent necessary to ensure the candidate's compliance with the requirements set forth in regulatory acts.
