No. 90009114646) announces an open position for the Director of Striķu Primary School Required knowledge and skills for candidates: Knowledge and understanding of educational content and quality matters, organization of school operations; Analytical thinking, positive attitude toward innovation, goal-orientation, accuracy, high sense of responsibility, ability to set priorities, team leadership skills, ability to motivate employees, and capacity to justify actions and decisions; Strong communication, collaboration, language, and public speaking skills, psychological resilience in stressful situations; Good information technology skills; Background knowledge and willingness to further develop in Montessori pedagogy will be considered an advantage. Requirements for candidates: Higher pedagogical education or higher education with a completed accredited program in pedagogy with the necessary qualifications as specified in the Education Law and the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on required education and professional qualifications for pedagogues; At least five years of pedagogical work experience in the education field and/or education management; Native proficiency in the state language according to State Language Law requirements and proficiency in at least one official European Union language to the extent necessary for professional activities.
