Jēkabpils Municipality (Registration No. 90000024205) announces a competition for the position of Director of Zasas Secondary School (fixed-term) Main duties of the position: 1. Plan, organize, and manage the Institution's operations and monitor work performance in accordance with the Institution's strategy, mission, and objectives in the interests of the municipality and society. 2. Initiate the development and approval of external and internal regulatory acts and other documents in the field of education. 3. Ensure continuity of the educational process and compliance with State Education Standard requirements. 4. Ensure quality implementation of educational programs. Organize evaluation of the quality of educational program content, process, and results. 5. Prepare and submit the educational institution's budget request and implement the institution's activities within the approved budget. Position requirements: 1. Compliance with the requirements of Part 4 of Article 30 of the Education Law. 2. Education in accordance with the Education Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence." 3. At least three years of pedagogical work experience in education or educational management. 4. State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements and proficiency in one official EU language to the extent necessary for professional work. 5. Self-assessment of proficiency in any official EU languages in accordance with the European Common Framework of Reference for Languages. 6. Certificate stating that the restrictions set out in the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law do not apply to working as a teacher. 7. Certificate confirming consent to personal data processing to the extent necessary to verify the candidate's compliance with requirements set out in regulatory acts.
