No. 90000035590, is reopening a competition for the vacant position of Director of Kuldīga Center Secondary School (a state official position). We offer: Full-time work in a professional team An opportunity to lead and develop one of the largest educational institutions in the municipality An opportunity to participate in improving the municipality's education system Professional development opportunities A monthly salary of 2254.00 EUR per month before tax withholding Health insurance and other social benefits Requirements: Compliance with requirements set out in the Education Law and Child Protection Law (no restrictions to work as an educator) Compliance with requirements set out in the Education Law and Cabinet of Ministers regulations regarding necessary education and professional qualifications for educators and the procedures for professional development State language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements and proficiency in at least one official EU language to the extent necessary for professional activities At least three years of pedagogical work experience in the education sector or educational management (at least three years of experience in educational management will be considered an advantage) Irreproachable reputation Educational management work includes: Work in the position of director or deputy director of an educational institution; Other work, if it is related to organizing, managing, and supervising education work and educational institution employees at least at the municipal level.
