REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
• Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the education and professional qualifications required for pedagogues and the procedure for improving the professional competence of pedagogues";
• state language proficiency at the highest level;
• at least 3 years of pedagogical work experience in a preschool education institution;
• knowledge of preschool education content and development issues;
• understanding of educational work priorities, principles of child rights protection, and the role of the educational institution in comprehensive child development;
• ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate the educational institution's educational work by developing and implementing development plans and measures;
• ability to organize and coordinate cooperation with group teachers, support staff, the institution's council and external institutions;
• ability to resolve conflicts, conduct complex conversations and make decisions in crisis situations;
• good organizational, communication and public speaking skills;
• digital competence and ability to use information and communication technologies in work organization and document management;
• high sense of responsibility, initiative, emotional intelligence and ability to work under conditions of increased emotional stress.
