Requirements for candidates: Compliance with the requirements of the Education Law and Regulation No. 569 of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 11, 2018 regarding teacher education and professional qualifications; Compliance with the restrictions specified in Section 5 of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; Has accumulated at least 5 years of pedagogical work experience in professional arts education or has experience in managing a professional education institution; Mastery of the state language at the highest level; Knowledge of normative acts regulating the activities of educational institutions, the field of professional education and its development trends; Confident computer skills (MS Office), able to prepare and format documents; Knowledgeable in teaching work management, E-class administration, extracurricular education coordination, and educational work management; Ability to make independent decisions, argue viewpoints convincingly, work in a team, set priorities and effectively plan, organize, and control work. Main job duties: Direct and coordinate school teaching activities; Manage and develop school E-class operations; Participate in organizing school extracurricular events and projects; Prepare and submit documentation related to the educational process; Work in the State Education Information System (VIIS); Participate in the educational institution's self-assessment, development planning, and accreditation processes; Coordinate and direct the development and updating of education programs and subject curricula.
