JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our school administrator works closely with the principal and is responsible for parts of the school's ongoing administration. Administration and coordination of school transportation Monthly reconciliation of staff service reports Accounting and invoice management in Visma Proceedo Scheduling and schedule administration in Skola24 Administrative support to the principal Other operational administration QUALIFICATIONS We seek you with experience in administrative work, strong digital skills, and the ability to quickly learn different administrative systems. Experience from school or public sector is a merit. You are thorough, organized, and independent with good collaborative skills and professional conduct. Knowledge of Sámi and familiarity with Sámi culture are merits. We seek you with documented good collaborative skills. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
