Your office will be at Kastanjegården, where the two principals you work closely with also have their workplaces. Your responsibilities As a school administrator, you have a central and cohesive function in the preschool's daily operations. You work closely with principals and other staff and are responsible for the preschools' administrative processes. You support principals and educators in administrative work such as planning and reporting in our systems and databases, manage financial tasks and reporting, are responsible for substitute procurement, and provide excellent service to the preschool's principals and staff. With us, you will encounter a variety of tasks where new challenges await every day. You work in various management systems where your expertise gives you the opportunity to contribute to and develop administrative processes at the preschool. The work also involves continuous communication with guardians and external stakeholders, as well as other assignments that contribute to a well-functioning preschool organization. Who are you? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in administration, economics, or payroll – or alternatively a secondary education combined with several years of experience in qualified administrative work. You have a background that has given you good insight into administrative processes, and you are accustomed to working with tasks such as student administration, staffing allocations, scheduling bases, financial monitoring, invoice handling, filing, payroll management, and documentation. Experience in independently driving development work is viewed as an advantage. You are comfortable with systems and have the ability to quickly learn new digital tools. For this role, you must have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel at home in work where order, structure, and service are central elements. We are looking for someone who works independently and takes responsibility for moving your work forward, who acts with integrity and has the ability to handle both ethical considerations and sensitive matters with objectivity and confidence.
