About the Role As a forest machine operator, you'll work in local forest areas operating and maintaining machinery such as harvesters and forwarders, carrying out felling operations, and ensuring efficient and safe work processes. What You'll Do Operate and control harvesters and forwarders during felling operations Perform felling, sorting, and loading of timber Follow safety and environmental regulations in the field Carry out basic machine maintenance and daily inspections Plan work tasks and optimize workflows in terrain Collaborate with colleagues for safe and efficient logistics Report deviations and contribute to improvements What You Bring Relevant training or experience as a forest machine operator and familiarity with harvesters/forwarders Valid driver's license and any certificates required for mechanical operation in forests Good physical endurance and the ability to work in varying weather and terrain You're driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Type There are opportunities for full-time, part-time, or contract work as needed; salary and employment type are shaped together with you in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and how well the match is—a flexible solution that benefits both you and the employer.
