About the Role As a Forest Worker in your area of Sweden, you will perform practical forestry work with a focus on planting, thinning, felling, and clearing. You work primarily outdoors with chainsaws and forestry machinery, are responsible for safe timber transport and equipment maintenance — a varied and physical role where safety and precision are essential. What You Will Do Perform planting, thinning, felling, and clearing with a focus on quality and safety Handle and maintain chainsaws and forestry machinery according to regulations Transport and load timber safely and assist with unloading Carry out daily inspections and basic service on equipment Follow safety and environmental regulations carefully Collaborate with colleagues for efficient and safe work Report deviations and contribute to continuous improvements What You Bring Relevant education or experience in forestry work; chainsaw certification and forwarder operator license are desirable Driver's license (typically B) and experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical endurance and the ability to work at the pace required in forestry You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Form Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed, and salary and employment form are shaped in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and the match.
