Requirements: Secondary education, ideally in economics or gastronomy, experience with warehouse management, warehouse accounting, or administration in gastronomy, experience with gastronomy, warehouse, or restaurant systems is a plus, good knowledge of Excel and ability to work on a PC, attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies - differences in inventories, incorrect receipts, transfers, etc., ability to communicate with facility managers; not hesitant to resolve differences between what is in the system and what is actually in the warehouse, independence, reliability, and sense of order in documentation.
Job Duties: ensuring complete warehouse records of food and other materials for gastronomic facilities - document verification, transfers, inventories and warehouse stock checks, work in gastronomy/warehouse system (Kredit8), verification of warehouse movement accuracy, recipes and material consumption, and collaboration with managers of individual facilities, additional administrative work related to bistro and cafeteria operations (asset management, pricing and special offer creation, etc.)
