What will you do with us?
• Receiving and storing goods: You'll receive deliveries, verify them against documentation, and store them in specific locations in our system. Everything is tracked electronically, so you always know where each item is.
• Issuing materials for production, assembly, and service: You'll pick materials for the production facility, assembly teams heading to construction sites throughout the Czech Republic, and for service technicians.
• Expedition by part lists: You'll prepare complete shipments for assembly projects based on part lists from designers and our internal standard lists. Smaller shipments go directly to customers - your colleagues will help you with that.
• Cooperation and logistics: You'll transport parts to partner companies and bring them back, arrange local purchases and delivery of materials (sheet metal, fasteners, and similar items). You'll have a company vehicle at your disposal.
• Warehouse maintenance: You'll ensure that the system records match what's actually in each location.
We run the warehouse the modern way: everything operates in our internal information system, we work with barcode readers and organize inventory by location. We use Google Workspace for day-to-day communication.
What do we expect from you?
• Group B driver's license and willingness to drive: Cooperation and logistics are a regular part of the job, so active driving is essential. You'll drive in the local area, not on week-long assembly projects.
• Technical knowledge: Work with machinery and electrical components. It's a plus if you can read technical drawings or have electrical product knowledge - if not, we'll teach you.
• Independence and reliability: Daily warehouse operations will be your responsibility, but you won't be without support - you'll have backing from our purchasing colleague, designers, and people from production. We're looking for someone who can organize their work, follow through on tasks, and be dependable - thanks to people like this, our assembly teams leave Monday morning with complete materials.
• Comfortable with computers: Our tracking runs on a system, so you'll quickly get familiar with the reader and computer.
• Forklift license is a plus.
What do we offer you?
• Foundation and security: Full-time employment in a family business that has been on the market since 1993 and is based on in-house production.
• Regular working hours: Monday-Friday 6:00-14:30, no shifts or weekends. Your afternoons are yours.
• Company vehicle for work: You'll have a company car available for cooperation and logistics runs.
• Modern warehouse: Internal system, barcode readers, location-based storage.
• Training: Colleagues will introduce you to our materials, product range, and procedures, whether you come with experience or without.
• Space to improve: Our system and procedures are established and working. But if you come up with an idea for doing something better, we'll implement it right away - it won't get shelved.
• Great team: We work in an open, family atmosphere where we don't pretend and solve problems together.
Do you want to manage a well-functioning warehouse and be part of a team that builds elevators? Reach out - just send your resume or a few words about your experience. We'll handle the formalities together. We look forward to meeting you in Chrudim!
