Additional Information: Job Responsibilities: - Receipt, inspection, documentation, and distribution of spare parts and materials - Procurement of spare parts for auto service needs - Management and documentation of the MG spare parts warehouse - Ordering spare parts from suppliers - Locating and identifying correct spare parts according to VIN and vehicle information - Working with electronic spare parts catalogs - Preparing parts and materials for individual service orders - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring continuous replenishment - Receipt and inspection of deliveries from suppliers - Handling returns, complaints, and exchanges of spare parts - Recording material movement in warehouse and service systems - Communication with mechanics, service technicians, and suppliers - Maintaining organization and inventory oversight in the warehouse - Conducting regular inventory audits What We Expect: - Strong knowledge of automobiles and automotive spare parts - Experience with ordering and sourcing spare parts - Ability to correctly identify spare parts by VIN, model, and engine type - Familiarity with common suppliers and spare parts brands (advantageous) - Understanding of quality and pricing levels of different brands (advantageous) - Experience with material receipt and distribution - Experience with warehouse management systems or service DMS (advantageous) - Experience with systems such as Caris, Softapp, Incadea, Helios, etc. (advantageous) - Computer proficiency - Attention to detail, reliability, and responsible approach - Independence and ability to organize your work - Valid Class B driver's license - Willingness to learn and continue professional development Previous experience in spare parts warehouse, auto service, auto parts store, or authorized dealership is advantageous.
