We serve food we love ourselves, and we're building a place where both guests and employees feel at home. We're now looking for a shift leader who wants to lead the daily work alongside the team – with confidence, joy, and good structure. About the role As a shift leader, you're a key person in the daily flow. You work operationally in the kitchen and service, but you also keep an eye on the bigger picture: ensuring the team functions well, guests are satisfied, and there's order in both pace and atmosphere. You lead with energy and aren't afraid to take charge. You will, among other things: Lead staff during your shift and delegate tasks Ensure service, pace, and quality in the kitchen and service areas Follow up on procedures and help where needed Onboard new staff and support colleagues in their daily work Support the location manager and participate in daily planning We're looking for you if: You have experience from a café or restaurant, preferably in a leadership role You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team You're responsible, clear in communication, and enjoy creating a good atmosphere You have service in your blood and an eye for detail You're flexible with working hours and comfortable working weekends You share our values around sustainability and care We offer: A great team where we support and lift each other up A vibrant workplace with food you can stand behind Opportunity to grow and develop within the organization Really good food and coffee every day ☕💚 Clear working hours, fair conditions, and market-rate salary Application Are you our next shift leader?
