Job Description: Shift Leader at WHSmith Shop at Arlanda We are looking for a service-oriented shift leader for WHSmith located at Arlanda Terminal 5. WHSmith is a kiosk where you can shop for magazines, gum, and tobacco. About the Position: You will work with a dedicated team and together we create a positive experience for our customers. As a shift leader, you are a role model for the team you lead. You work in the daily operations of the stores but are the one who leads and distributes work tasks. You ensure that work is performed according to agreed contracts and standards. Your responsibilities also include staffing, onboarding new employees, scheduling, ordering goods, and handling any personnel matters. Are You the One We're Looking For? You need to be able to commute to and from work during these times. It may be an advantage if you have access to a car as it can sometimes be difficult to get to and from the airport by public transport.
