Shift Leader

Are you our new Shift Leader in Norrköping? Do you want to join us as a Shift Leader and manage Norrköping's largest activity center with both a play area and trampoline center, where you'll become an important part of our future? As a shift leader, we see that you are passionate about working with people and understand the importance of excellent service and warm customer interactions. It is crucial that you lead with heart, are a role model, and have the ability to coach and inspire staff. Delivering satisfied guests and driving sales forward are part of your motivation. We are looking for someone who has: - Previous experience leading a team. - Strong interest in service, sales, and key performance indicators. - Open to feedback and change, skilled at communicating with both guests and staff. - Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable but not required. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the family park is always in top condition regarding safety and cleanliness - Creating engagement and motivation in your team - Managing the kitchen, service, and café - Working toward established goals and KPIs and being involved in the operation's results - Maintaining and developing service & sales To succeed in this role, you are skilled at leading, communicating, engaging others, and enjoy being part of a team. You should have strong knowledge and the ability to coach and inspire the rest of the staff and create a fantastic guest experience while optimizing sales.
