Central Maintenance is seeking a shift-based electrician. As a shift-based electrician, you will work independently and together with other maintenance personnel across all areas of the company.
About the Role
As a shift-based industrial electrician in electrical maintenance, you will work both independently and together with other electricians and maintenance personnel across all areas of the company. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and to some extent installation of electrical equipment on machines, automation systems, and other parts of the operation. The role is broad and includes both preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance.
About You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in electrical maintenance work within the manufacturing industry, and who has completed a three-year vocational high school program or equivalent. We would prefer if you also have knowledge and experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Desirable qualifications include experience with maintenance and service of low and medium voltage installations as well as training in overhead cranes, forklifts, mobile work platforms, fall protection, hot work, etc.

About the Employment
