Tännäskröket is a family-owned mountain resort in Funäsfjällen, western Härjedalen. We are a year-round facility where nature, community, and personal experience are at the center. Sportladan is part of Tännäskröket and is located along road 84, right at the entrance to the village of Tännäs. We are now seeking staff for Sportladan's shop and rental services for the 2026-2027 winter season. Job Responsibilities Sportladan is both a shop and a ski rental facility, and it is important that you are flexible and enjoy working on different tasks. Your main responsibilities will be assisting customers in the shop, handling pre-booked ski packages, sales, and providing plenty of tourist tips. We also have many "walk-in" customers for both rentals and lift ticket purchases. You will also work with preparing reservations, exchanges, and unpacking merchandise. During quieter periods, you will also work in Sportladan's workshop doing basic ski sharpening and waxing. We prefer that you have previous cash register experience and are solution-oriented. Experience with Axess and/or Visbook systems is a merit, but not a requirement. Profile We are looking for someone who is driven, has a passion for service, and wants to go the extra mile for our guests. Preferably you have previous customer experience, are curious, and like to take your own initiative. You are comfortable working independently and are solution-oriented with the customer in focus. Previous experience with rentals, ski workshop services, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. You have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and learn new systems easily. We place great importance on your personality and attitude.
