We are not your typical ski school. And we're not looking for typical ski instructors. At Åre Ski Academy, we create customized experiences for guests who appreciate quality, personalized service, and high-level skiing. We're now looking for several passionate ski instructors who want to be part of our team for the 2026/27 winter season. We typically meet our guests at their hotel, pick them up by car, help with equipment and transport, and then spend a half day or full day on the slopes. We make sure our guests' vacation is enriched by our knowledge and passion for the mountains and the village of Åre. With us, you'll get: ● Work at a premium-focused ski school ● Meet international and returning guests—often you'll ski with the same guest/family for several days ● Be part of an experienced and professional team ● Opportunity to work with alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, and cross-country skiing ● A workplace where experience is as important as the skiing itself We're looking for someone who: ● Has training and experience as a ski instructor ● Is comfortable with people and passionate about hospitality in our village ● Has an eye for detail and service ● Is flexible beyond the ordinary ● Wants to develop together with an ambitious team ● Enjoys working with guests who expect that extra touch For the 2026/27 season, we're looking for ski instructors willing to work approximately 75% and can/want to work in our shop Åre Sportshop on days when we don't have bookings on the slopes.
