Orsa Grönklitt is now recruiting Ski Instructors for the 2026/2027 season We are looking for Ski Instructors who can work full season in our alpine operations. As a ski instructor at Orsa Grönklitt, you are one of those who spends the most time with our guests, which is why it is important that you have a strong guest focus. You should also enjoy working with guests of all ages. Our largest customer group is children aged 4-10 years, and of course you should have a genuine passion for alpine skiing. Personal Qualities As an employee with us, you need to be service-oriented and always strive to provide our guests with the best overall experience. As a person, you are positive, responsible, stress-resilient, and comfortable collaborating, working independently, and working in a team. Qualifications Previous experience in the profession is a merit. Recruiting is ongoing and may close before the final application deadline. Orsa Grönklitt ski resort consists of 23 runs, 14 lifts, 100 km of cross-country ski trails, restaurants, shop, ski shop, ski school, many additional activities, 3,500 beds in hostels, cabins and apartments, and conference facilities.
