Your Tasks
As a ski/snowboard instructor at Kungsberget, you'll be part of a dedicated and tight-knit team. You'll work with both children and adults, teaching both group lessons and private lessons. This is a challenging and developmental role that demands high standards in your own skiing and your ability to teach others. The position is combined with work in our various restaurants.
As a restaurant staff member, your ultimate goal is to exceed our guests' expectations. You are our face to the world and your responsibilities include serving, cash handling, dishwashing, setting tables, and other typical restaurant duties. We ensure you receive proper training so you feel confident in all tasks. Don't have ski instructor certification? If you're the right person for us, we'll help you and cover part of the training costs.
Selection of Work Tasks:
Run ski schools for both children and adults, in groups and through private lessons.
Work frequently on Fridays and Saturdays.
Work intensively during holidays such as Christmas, sports breaks, and Easter.
Evening work may occur.

Who Are You?
We're looking for someone interested in downhill skiing, who enjoys working with people and children in general. You're stress-resistant, willing to step up when needed, and like working across department boundaries. We take it as given that you're cheerful, positive, and service-oriented. At Kungsberget, we believe happy employees lead to happy guests.
Requirements
You can ski or snowboard.
You're comfortable with both English and Swedish.
Desirable
Previous experience working with children.
Restaurant experience, including cash register or food handling experience.
Driver's license and access to a car.

This is a seasonal position from December to April and falls under the HRF collective agreement. Kungsberget works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace on this matter.
