We are seeking a self-directed and dedicated boat operator for our operations on Väderöarna. The role is broad and varied and suits you if you enjoy combining boat operation with practical work, maintenance, and planning. Job Duties Operate boats and transport guests, staff, goods, and materials. Plan and coordinate transports in an efficient and safe manner. Ensure that daily logistics run smoothly. Maintenance, service, and care of boats and engines. Maintenance and service of properties. Loading, unloading, and other practical tasks. Help out where needed – we work as a team here. We are looking for you who Holds skipper class 7 certification. Has solid experience operating boats and feels comfortable at sea. Is self-directed, responsible, and has a strong safety mindset. Has a logical approach to planning and is skilled at planning, prioritizing, and solving problems when circumstances change. Enjoys varied work tasks and has practical skills. Is prepared to work weekends. Likes taking own initiative and sees what needs to be done. Has an interest in boats, engines, and maintenance. Holds a B driver's license; a C license is a plus.
