About the Position Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and comfortable working in an industrial environment? We're now recruiting cutting machine operators and grinders for our client for an exciting assignment with excellent development opportunities. If you're taking on this challenge, you likely have some form of practical training or equivalent work experience in the industrial sector. As a cutting machine operator, you'll work setting up, monitoring, and operating cutting machines in production. The work includes material handling, quality inspections, and ensuring that production maintains the correct quality and pace. Your Responsibilities Your tasks will include: • Gas and/or plasma cutting of materials • Monitor production and adjust machine settings • Perform quality inspections according to drawings and instructions • Material handling and post-processing • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Your Profile • You have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills. • You prioritize safety above all else • You are organized and detail-oriented as the work involves several, sometimes complex, tasks. • You are independent in your role and understand the importance of working as part of a team. • You're not afraid to get your hands dirty at work. Requirements for the Position: • You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Ability to work day, evening, and shift schedules • Forklift certification • Overhead crane certification • Driver's license About Pokayoke Pokayoke is a competency company in logistics with staffing as our core business.
