You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to major cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this through training in fuel-efficient driving, among other things. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a permanent employment with a work rate of 100% starting in week 34. Your working hours will be 07:00-15:30, Monday through Friday. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at Elektronikhöjden 4, 17543 Järfälla. What you will do Loading, pickup and distribution of packages. Meet our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers or corporate customers. Who you are Curious and self-driven: Much of the job you do alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Good physical condition: Yes, you are seated while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and delivering. For this you need to have good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected things require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
