You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transports are essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work part-time? This is a job for you if you're flexible with work shifts that usually come on short notice. You will work between 0 and 60% of a full-time position and will be offered work shifts based on operational needs. As a baseline, you should be able to work 2-3 shifts per week. Working hours are primarily Monday-Friday 16:00-22:00 and Saturdays 09:30-16:30. You will be based out of Elektronikhöjden 4. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-directed: You do much of the work alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Physically capable: Yes, you're sitting still while driving, but you need to be able to handle loading and unloading. For this you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Customer-focused: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
