You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward carbon-neutral freight transport. Transportation is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by being trained in fuel-efficient driving, among other things. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work part-time? This is a job for you if you're flexible with work shifts that usually come on short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and will be able to be offered shifts in the evening, Monday to Friday between approximately 16:00-21:00, and if needed up to 22:00. You will be based at Kranbalksgatan 2 in Västerås. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they're partners, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the job on your own, but teamwork is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzles), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you're sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
