You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transportation is essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to major cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this through, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a fixed-term employment with 100% hours. The employment starts immediately and runs through and including week 31 August 2027. Your working hours will start between 06:30–08:00 and end between 15:00–16:30, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Bordsvägen 2, Jönköping. What you will do Loading, picking up and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are partners, private or business customers. Who you are Curious and self-reliant: Much of the work you do alone, but teamwork is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep your balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation and delivery are key words. So are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sitting still while driving, but need to be able to lift when picking up and dropping off. For this you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected things require flexibility. Service-minded: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
