You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we are working to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a fixed-term employment with a 50% employment rate. The employment starts immediately and runs through week 45. Your working hours will be scheduled in the evening, 16:30 - 21:30. You work 4 weekdays per week. There is a possibility of extension after the temporary assignment ends. You will be based at Varugatan 1, Skellefteå What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meet our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the work alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & composed: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to lift and carry during pickups and deliveries. For this you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected things require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and sensitivity. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
