You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find the way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral goods transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in economical driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a fixed-term employment with 75% employment rate. The employment starts immediately and runs until 31/1-2027. Your working hours will be in the evenings Tuesday-Friday between 15:30-22:00 and daytime Saturday between 08:30-15:00. You will be based at Östergårdsgatan 8, 431 53 Mölndal. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are partners, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do a large part of the job alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical condition: Yes, you're sitting still while driving, but you need to be able to handle loading and unloading. For this, you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unplanned situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relations require the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
