Transportation is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you'll be an important part of this by being trained in fuel-efficient driving, among other things. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you're flexible with work shifts that usually happen with short notice. You'll work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and will be offered work shifts during day/evening hours, primarily 15:30-20:00, and during weeks 48-52 from 15:30-21:00. We'd like to see you able to work 3-5 days in a row at the beginning of your employment during the introduction period, then 2-3 shifts per week. You'll be based at Ryckepungsvägen 2, Falun. What You'll Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meet our customers where they are. Whether they're agents, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do a large part of the job on your own, but team spirit is important. Patient & reliable: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep your balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Physically capable: Yes, you're sitting while driving, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You're unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
