Skåne Stadsmission Seeks a Project Manager for the Christmas Gift Shops

Stadsmission's activities are financed through IOP (Idea-Driven Public Partnership), contracts, grants, project funds, sales of goods and services, as well as funds collected from companies and individuals. To provide families with limited financial resources the opportunity to choose Christmas gifts for their children and create a more inclusive Christmas, we operate our valued Christmas gift shops. We are now seeking an engaged and driven project manager who wants to take responsibility for planning, establishing, and implementing the Christmas Gift Shops for 2026. About the Assignment As project manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire process around the Christmas Gift Shops, from planning and establishment to implementation and follow-up. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the operations maintain high quality for visitors, volunteers, and partners. The assignment is both operational and strategic and requires you to manage multiple contact points while maintaining focus on the goal. Your main responsibilities: Project lead the Christmas Gift Shops from start to finish Identify and establish suitable shop locations in Skåne Plan logistics, inventory management, and goods flows Collaborate with companies, donors, municipalities, and other partners Collaborate and coordinate internal resources and expertise, for example volunteer coordinators Responsible for project budget and ongoing follow-up Ensure procedures, working environment, and quality in operations Coordinate internal communication and reporting Participate in developing the concept for future Christmas Gift Shops We are looking for someone who: Has experience in project management and driving operations from idea to implementation Is structured, solution-oriented, and has strong organizational skills Enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and is skilled at building relationships Has experience collaborating with non-profit organizations, public sector, and business Is comfortable working independently and making decisions in a changing environment Has strong administrative skills and experience with budgeting, impact measurement, report writing, and follow-up Shares Skåne Stadsmission's values and commitment to social sustainability Meritorious: Experience with events, pop-up operations, or retail management Experience with fundraising or corporate partnerships Knowledge of social work or the non-profit sector We Offer At Skåne Stadsmission, you will have the opportunity to lead a meaningful project that makes a concrete difference for thousands of children and families in Skåne.
