You will be responsible for: developing and improving the performance indicators system for connection services, ensuring alignment with business objectives monitoring process operation quality, investigating incidents, and improving processes under your responsibility defining and maintaining business requirements for IT solutions, including participation in testing, implementation, and post-implementation review ensuring the creation, maintenance, and improvement of process documentation participating in the implementation of strategically important processes, services, and initiatives for the company Apply if you have: practical experience in process analysis and business analysis (at least 2 years), as well as understanding of how processes, data, and IT solutions impact business results experience in writing business requirements, testing, and implementing changes ability to transform complex problems into clear and practical solutions experience in developing performance indicators, management reports, and data visualization higher education in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field native-level state language proficiency (C1) English language knowledge for communication with partners, understanding industry developments, and technical documentation excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written) practical knowledge of Lean, BPMN, Power BI, and/or OBIEE (considered an advantage) Working with us, you will receive: salary from EUR 2,980 to EUR 3,310 gross per month opportunity to work in the office and remotely health and accident insurance annual performance bonus shorter working hours on Fridays free parking monthly contributions to a 3rd pillar pension fund at 5% 5 additional vacation days per year additional financial support for annual leave additional paid days off and support in special life circumstances professional and responsive colleagues on-the-job training professional development opportunities technology-driven work environment at one of Latvia's leading companies Apply by 28.08.2026.
