We are looking for you - a Systems Analyst with experience in IT systems design, who is able to ask the "right" questions and transform business requirements into information systems (IS) requirements, conduct IS design, and oversee its development and implementation. Systems Analyst Job Responsibilities Analyze and understand the operation and functionality of existing IT systems; Communicate with business representatives, gather and analyze business requirements; Document and describe IS technical requirements; Design and describe solutions; Define acceptance criteria; Conduct problem investigation and root cause analysis; Collaborate with internal and external developers to develop and implement solutions; Participate in development work planning and effort estimation. Requirements for Candidates At least 3 years of experience in the role of systems analyst; Higher IT education, as well as professional knowledge certificates such as CBAP, OMG, OCEB, etc. (will be considered as an advantage); Experience working on Agile Scrum or Kanban projects; Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar IS tools; Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Python, .NET), as well as database design and working with SQL commands; Experience in business requirements analysis, defining IS functional and non-functional requirements, IS integration design; Knowledge of standard IS architecture design patterns; Ability to independently plan your work, set and coordinate priorities, high sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
