Continue reading and apply for the position below! About the Position At our facility in Spånga, you'll become part of a damage repair team consisting of 7 employees. The facility has a total of 22 people. We have high trust with insurance companies and often take on damage that may seem impossible to repair, viewing it as a challenge to solve our customers' problems together. As a brand-independent workshop, you'll work with several different types of vehicles. As a damage technician, your tasks include: • Repair of collision-damaged trucks/light commercial vehicles, buses, and motorhomes, including bodywork and custom installations • Being creative and coming up with repair solutions We also work on sharing expertise with each other, both among ourselves at the Spånga facility and our other workshops in Sweden. We encourage our employees to visit one of our other facilities to share your knowledge while also developing yourself and building your expertise. We want to help our employees grow – if you have experience in painting, for example, we're happy to train you in metalworking or other areas. We're Looking for You • Have previous work experience as a damage technician, painter, metalworker, carpenter, or similar • Have a driver's license category B • Have basic knowledge of Swedish and English As a person, we believe you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.
