Continue reading and apply for the position below! About the Position At our facility in Spånga, you'll be part of a damage repair team consisting of 7 employees. The facility has a total of 22 people. We have high trust with insurance companies and often take on damage that may seem impossible to repair—we see it as a challenge to solve our customers' problems together. As a brand-independent workshop, you'll work with several different types of vehicles. As a damage technician, your responsibilities include: • Repair of crash-damaged trucks/light trucks, buses, and motorhomes, including body and modifications • Being creative and developing repair solutions We also work on sharing expertise with each other, both among our Spånga facility and our other workshops in Sweden. We encourage our employees to visit one of our other facilities to share your knowledge and develop your own skills. We want to help our employees develop—if you have experience in, for example, painting, we're happy to further train you in, for example, sheet metal work. We're Looking for You If You • Have previous work experience as, for example, a damage technician, painter, sheet metal worker, carpenter, or similar • Have a driver's license (Category B) • Have basic knowledge of Swedish and English As a person, we believe you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.
