Main Responsibilities As a damage technician, you work on repairing crash-damaged vehicles by replacing and straightening body parts, performing welding and bonding work on metal, plastic, and glass, and disassembling and reassembling technical and mechanical equipment. You will be part of a goal-oriented team, and the work involves independently performing tasks and handling both major and minor sheet metal repairs. What We're Looking For You have automotive technical training with a focus on damage repair or auto body repair training or equivalent. We'd like to see that you have experience in damage repair and are skilled in the trade to be able to offer our customers the best repair solutions. A Category B driver's license is required.
