LC Bilcenter AB is seeking a knowledgeable damage advisor About the Role In the role as damage advisor, you will work with meeting customers and managing the damage claims process from start to finish. Your tasks include customer reception, scheduling damage inspections, and preparing estimates for insurance companies. You will also be responsible for planning the work for damage technicians in Cabplan. Requirements & Qualifications We are looking for someone with good knowledge of cars and car repairs, preferably with experience as a damage assessor, damage advisor, mechanic, or damage repair technician. It is advantageous if you have vehicle technical training and CVDA documented experience from the automotive industry. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong service mindset, are solution-oriented, and strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, thorough, and have the ability to prioritize in a workday that can involve many different tasks. Experience working in Cabas and using telephone and computer as work tools is a requirement, as is a B driver's license with manual transmission and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Your Profile To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good service mindset and the attitude of always finding solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and employees. Since the work tasks are many, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and thorough in your work approach.
