With us, you'll have varied work where you follow patients through different stages of their care journey. You'll become an important part of a multidisciplinary team where nurses, doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, and rehabilitation coordinators work together with the patient's best interests in focus. As a nurse with us, you work with: • independent treatment work • motivational conversations • crisis processing • suicide risk assessments • medication follow-up and dispensary • individual patient contacts and group interventions. Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse with the authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We would appreciate it if you have further education in psychiatry. Experience of working in psychiatric outpatient care and knowledge of Melior are also advantages. As a person, you have good self-awareness and enjoy working independently. You are also an organized person who takes responsibility within the scope of your tasks, your mandate, and your profession. We consider it essential that you are open and have a pleasant approach to patients and colleagues. Since we work in teams, it is also important that you enjoy and contribute to good collaboration. The mandate within psychiatry is to conduct specialized care in publicly operated child, adult, and forensic psychiatry. Habilitation conducts habilitation and rehabilitation within publicly operated child, youth, and adult habilitation. Assistive devices has the mandate to manage assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. Within the department there is also vision, hearing, and deaf services and youth clinics in Skåne.
