Job Responsibilities As a nurse in our Resource Unit, you will be part of our nursing staffing, which serves as a resource reinforcement. There are opportunities to work within most health and medical care operations, including psychiatry. Since our mission spans the entire region, we are also looking for people interested in working in Fagersta, Köping, and Sala. You will be welcomed to a workplace with good team cohesion where you as an employee are important to us. Assignments vary from single-day work to longer-term assignments with the same client. As a nurse with us, you will eventually work in 5-7 different departments. Your manager is close at hand and you can always turn to them with questions or just to talk about your day. Experience and knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system is a merit, and you should be comfortable using computers as a work tool. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, as this is a requirement to ensure safe patient care. You are flexible and enjoy having varied work tasks. You are a calm and stable person who can work independently under your own responsibility. We see that you have the personal maturity that makes you feel secure in your professional role and that you conduct yourself in a way that is adapted to the situation. You enjoy working with people and have good collaboration skills. Since the work involves patient contact, we see that you are empathetic and considerate in your interactions, with a willingness and ability to help others.
