Work on MAVA is varied and gives you broad competence within acute care. You gain experience caring for patients with various medical conditions, often in acute and complex situations. Your Work Tasks As a nurse with us, you will receive competency development through internal and external training in acute medical care and cardiology expanded areas of responsibility, such as mentoring students, coaching, or participation in improvement and development work career paths in both clinical specialization and leadership, where you can grow further as a specialist nurse, team leader, or in other roles within the organization a supportive work environment with a close and competent team, where we learn from each other and develop together. As a nurse on our medical acute care department, you have a central and responsible role in patient care. You lead and coordinate daily care activities and are a key person in patient interactions, always working closely with doctors, nursing assistants, and other professionals on the team. Your work tasks include, among other things: Medication management in collaboration with the pharmacist. Specific care for acute and complex conditions, such as BiPAP, OptiFlow, and cardiac monitoring. Round work together with the team. Documentation and follow-up of care interventions. Your Knowledge and Competence We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are confident in your professional role, have good self-awareness, and can distinguish between the personal and professional in your interactions with patients and colleagues. You work well in collaboration, are attentive and communicate clearly, while handling challenges and conflicts constructively. Your empathetic ability allows you to understand others' perspectives without absorbing their emotions, and you have a clear communication style that ensures messages get across and expectations are clear. You work in a structured manner, plan and prioritize effectively, and meet established deadlines. Experience in heart and/or acute care is desirable but not required.
