Your weekend shifts are every sixth week and evening shifts are included two to three times per six-week period – something that makes it possible to plan your free time better. In the evenings, you work as a nurse yourself, but you always have other professions to collaborate with. WORK DUTIES Common work duties for all operational areas Patient Care: You work according to the nursing process and are responsible for ensuring good and safe care. Medication Management: Quality-assured handling of medications for your patients. Documentation: Responsibility for documentation, risk assessments, and for establishing and following documented agreements regarding care. Collaboration: Close cooperation and collaboration with colleagues and other actors within and outside the operations. Säbo (Group Residential Care) You are the responsible nurse for two units with a total of 20 patients. You work together with care staff to provide the best possible care and regularly follow up on patients' health status. Collaboration takes place with, for example, the regional healthcare authority and next of kin. Short-term Care Unit You are responsible for a unit with 10 patients and work closely with a nurse colleague in the adjacent unit. Admissions and discharges occur continuously. More intensive collaboration with both internal and external actors before and during the stay as well as at discharge. Planning and coordination of the patient's continued support and care is central. Functional Support and Social Psychiatry Here you are responsible for more patients, as the need for municipal health and medical care varies between individuals. In addition to the common work duties, there is more coordination between different care providers, such as primary care, habilitation, and specialist care. Also, many contacts with next of kin. You become an important function in coordinating the patient's care and work closely with your nurse colleague to provide patients with the best possible support, security, and continuity. QUALIFICATIONS • Licensed nurse • Good ability to both prioritize and structure work • Good interpersonal skills and easy to collaborate with other professions, patients, and next of kin • Ability to work independently and make your own decisions • Humble and unpretentious with a willingness to both receive and share knowledge • Contributes to an open and inclusive work climate where we learn from each other • You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written • B-class driver's license is required for the position • Experience working preventatively with quality registers and risk assessments Experience in municipal health and medical care is a merit, as is specialist training in geriatrics, psychiatry, or as a district nurse.
