Your Responsibilities Nursing care and professional follow-up of patients in assisted living facilities and/or home healthcare Observation, assessment, and documentation of patients' health status Medication management and documentation Collaboration with patients, family members, and other care personnel Contribute to quality assurance and service development Qualifications Licensed as a nurse Fluent in a Scandinavian language, both verbally and in writing Experience from nursing homes and/or home healthcare Confident in your professional role, responsible, and flexible Comfortable with both independent work and teamwork Contribute to a good work environment and caring interactions Possess a Class B driver's license Here you'll meet a daily routine with responsibility, professional challenges, and excellent opportunities to build experience in municipal care.
