Work shifts are scheduled 16:00-02:00 followed by on-call duty until 08:00. Schedule changes are coming. You work from home and are responsible for health and medical care at a number of care and residential facilities in Stockholm. You perform scheduled and acute visits as well as provide telephone advice to facility staff. We work with evidence-based decision support. You are a support for both patients, next of kin, and staff. We provide a company vehicle. Possibility of potential extension in the fall. Who are you? You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your work days You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions You take initiative, dare to step up, and can juggle multiple tasks You enjoy having a leadership role and support your colleagues You are used to structuring and organizing your work You want to make a difference for our elderly and are always friendly in your interactions You are a good driver You are comfortable working with different electronic health record systems A driver's license and computer skills are required, as is the ability to express yourself very well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Specialist education or experience in acute care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is a merit.
